Exterior Building Repairs
Exterior building repairs are planned for the summer. A separate notice will be sent to all residents with additional details.
Community Advisory Notice
The New York City Department of Design and Construction has started the rehabilitation of the 181st retaining wall, directly west of our building. It is estimated to be a 2 year project. We have been notified that there may be water shutdowns in our building, but that we will notified at least 1 day in advance. Any updates will be placed on this website and in the lobby entrance.
For security reasons, we ask that all fire escape windows remain closed unless in an emergency.
Garden Committee
The Garden Committee is busy preparing for spring. If you would like to volunteer for the committee, contact Mark Planner at markpvoice@aol.com or leave a message in the super's office: 917-521-8262. We have purchased Compost Bins. If you would like to participate in composting, please contact Mark Planner. We ask that people do not use the compost bins until they have approval from Mark.
Keep our building safe!
We live in NYC, and the reality that there are roberies and crimes everywhere. For the security and safety of everyone in our building, please make sure all doors are locked at all times and do not let anyone into the building you do not personally know. Please report suspicious activity first by calling 911 or the police, then by notifying Sam.
