LATEST NEWS As announced at the June 23rd annual meeting, the Board has voted to implement a monthly assessment beginning August 2008 and terminating December 2010. The schedule for the assessment is as follows: January 2009 – December 2010: $1.35/Share per year (The assessment in 2008 is higher by $.50 due to the rising fuel costs experienced this year) Should you have further questions, please do not hesitate to contact the Board. Assessment
This assessment has been recommended by our accountant, Marvin Schwartz, as a result of the building experiencing two years of operating losses which are noted in our recent financial statements.
The use of an assessment rather than a large maintenance increase will allow our maintenance charges to remain competitive for the neighborhood.
